Meet MVP Vinci Santos

VSC was proud to hand the MVP trophy in last year's VSC Interschool Basketball Competition Developmental Division to its very own member Ralph Vincent Santos. Vinci, as friends know him, regularly shoot hoops with big brother in VSC's hard court. Perseverance and dedication in the sport is adamant in Vinci which led him to help his team, De La Salle Zobel, win the Champion trophy and claim the MVP title during the competition. The 2013 VSC Interschool Basketball Competition Developmental Division will open soon and we are sure Vinci is excited to play his favorite sport.

VSC Launches Stay Fit Gourmet Cuisine

We all know the two most basic and fundamental tenets of Staying Fit:

1. Do not go hungry or starve. You can eat a lot of protein and vegetables so there's no need to skip a meal.

2.Stay away from sugar and all things white or could be white- sweets, rice, pasta, bread, potatoes, flour, etc., etc.  These are fattening and more alarmingly, make you susceptible to a host of diseases.

And then you think - there's nothing good left to eat........ or so you thought -wrongly!

VSC Lights Up for Christmas

Expect a light-filled Yuletide season when you drop by The Village Sports Club this December.  The management has prepared a special 15-minute light and sound show entitled Radiant Christmas at the VSC grounds.  Members and guests can catch the show every Tuesday until Sunday 6:30PM and &7:30PM for the whole month of December.

BF Homes Paranaque is a republic unto itself. It deserves to be so, being the biggest subdivision in Asia (or so they say). We don’t live here, but I’ve always loved going here. Number one reason…. the FOOD, and simply just hanging out. There’s no dearth of good things to do: my “secret” boutiques are here, and so are my sweet cozy spots for relaxing – be it getting a massage, having my nails done or simply sipping latte in the coffeeshop while enjoying the free wi-fi, of course!

Disciplese Escoffier Philippines recently presented a Benefit Gala Dinner dubbed as "Delectable Palette 2" at the Village Sports Club (VSC), El Grande corner Tropical Avenue, BF Homes, Paranaque City.

Eiffelene Salvador, President of Le Club Philippines organized th young and promising chefs of various culinary schools to be involved in the preparations for "Delectable Palette 2." The potential chefs were exposed to the actual preparation of a degustation menu and were privileged to learn a few culinary secrets from Disciples of Escoffier Philippines pool of Master Chefs.
